Mastroianni Arts is pleased to present new work by Jackie Romanak Zubal, including collage, jewelry, and hats. Jackie creates mashups of familiar objects and antique imagery into a new vision which is both provocative and funny.  Join us on August 10, from 6-10 for the opening reception, 2688 West 14th, in the historic Tremont neighborhood as part of the August Tremont Artwalk. Light entertainment will be provided by our newly appointed house band, Malphonia. The exhibition will remain up for through the September Artwalk, and will have a closing reception on September 14, 6-10. "Each of my pieces has their own story to tell. I talk to them and, at times, they talk back, occasionally darkening my mood but mostly they bring a bit of humor to the conversation.
