Blowout: Terry Durst and Jon Gott, one night only
I'm please to announce that Silver Scuro Gallery will feature new collaborative work by Terry Durst and John Gott on Saturday, May 19, 2018. Work is available for sale, cash/CC and carry, so come prepared to add one of these amazing new works to your collection. We will have a preview for collectors and those who can't make the public showing on May 12 from 11-3PM, and during the week of May 13th by appointment only.
Jon and Terry met at The Cleveland Institute of Art in the mid-2000s when Terry was a painting instructor and Jon was in his class. Terry has been showing in Cleveland with a few shows out-of-state since 1989. They've both shown individually and together since 2005. Terry was born in Wadsworth, Ohio and Jon was born in Washington DC. Terry's BFA is from Kent State University in Sculpture and Film, and Jon's is from CIA in Painting. Jon also has a Master's Degree from The University of Illinois, Urbana, Champaign, in Sculpture. Terry has taught at Cuyahoga Community College, Eastern Campus, and also at CIA. Jon taught in Champaign during grad school.
